More Reworks with Bold Back Views

I’ve been a little obsessed lately with creating reworks with dramatic back views (As shown in two of my earlier projects below).

Of course, with my intense love of adding unique details, I could never let one feature become the sole focus of any rework project. Here are my latest creative experiments...

Project One:
I first added side insert panelss to my never-worn L.A.M.B. top. I’m not really into symmetrical conformity so one side is longer ... the shorter side features a zip closure. Next, I wanted a dramatic drape back. I also used a contrasting shell gray knit to increase the dramatic impact.

Project Two:
This was actually a Phase II Rework Project. I added a dramatic, partial corset and a raw-edge bouclé tail to this previously-reworked sleeveless jacket.
