H&M to Launch New Fashion Brand & Other Stories

The new fashion brand & Other Stories, within the H&M group, will launch its first collections this spring in seven cities and 10 European countries through the online store,

The brand will offer women a wide range of shoes, bags, accessories, beauty and ready-to-wear to create their personal style, or story. The lines are diverse, ranging from masculine tailoring to feminine chic and are designed to provide endless styling choices.

The cities where the first stores will launch are Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, London, Milan, Paris and Stockholm. Moreover an online store launches on in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The First London Plus Size Fashion Weekend

Trapped in a Skinny World & Evolve Media Ltd. have joined forces to create the official London Plus Size Fashion Weekend. The weekend event will be held during London Fashion Week, in February.

Former Associated Press Fashion Editor Dies at 91

Former Associated Press fashion editor and foreign correspondent, Nadeane Walker Anderson died Monday, of natural causes.

Anderson, who used her maiden name; Nadeane Walker as her byline, interviewed legendary designers including Coco Chanel, Christian Dior and Yves Lanvin (who named a dress after her) while working in Paris..
"You had to come back and file your stories (after) we were served champagne ... off silver trays by waiters with white gloves, all day long, and I developed a great tolerance for champagne, I guess, because I never got too drunk to write my stories," she said.


CREATETHE GROUP, Inc. today announced the launch of, a charitable platform for the creators to give back. The platform is comprised of over 50 prominent creators including Kanye West, Marc Jacobs, and Kate Moss.

Each creator has donated a personal object or experience for online auction, and a playlist for fun. There will be three consecutive auction rounds with unique items, each lasting 10 days and held exclusively on eBay, the world’s largest online marketplace. The first round will open for bidding on January 11, 2013.
