Escapism, striking, exotic, different, theatrical ... These are the adjectives I'd use to describe the line Sodaliscious.

Sodaliscious is the brain-child of designer and fashion stylist/production consultant Cindy Renée Matthieu. Catching the fashion bug early on, Cindy taught herself to sew at the age of 12, with her stepmother's help. She also was active in dance, modeling, visual arts and designing costumes for school plays. Cindy received her formal training at Ryerson Polytechnic University and the International Academy of Design.

The name Sodaliscious is based on the concept that everyone is "unique and so delicious in their own way".

Cindy's long history of involvement in the arts has definitely influenced her designs. Her roots in dance contributes to the movement of each design. Her costume experience brings a historical reference and "wow" factor to the intricate designs. Sodaliscious is for the person who is confident, not afraid to stand out.

Cindy has garnered many achievements including participating in L'Oreal Fashion Week, and having her designs featured at the Oasis Celebrity Gift Lounge at Toronto International Film Festival and Nolcha Fashion Week: New York.

Her couture gowns (25 total) were featured in the Winter Pre-Emmys Experience Celebrity Style Lounge.
