Revisiting Designer Label Plein Sud

I first fell for Plein Sud several years ago when I spotted, and just had to get, one of this label's asymmetrical multi-v-neck tops ... Versace did a similar, yet more dramatic and revealing neckline with a dress in their SS13 collection.

The creative genius behind the Plein Sud label is Fayçal Amor. He launched Plein Sud in 1986. Amor focused on the development of the company’s structures integrating design, manufacture and marketing. Fayçal is determined to keep quality control ... All production is done within the label's fully-owned factories.

Plein Sud has stores in a number of locations, including Paris, London and New York. The collection can also be purchased in department stores including Henri Bendel and Barneys. The brand includes an edgy, funkier line; Plein Sud Jeans.

I love Fayçal's knack for combining creative detailing with a unique blend of sexy edginess and sophisticated luxury. I've included my latest favorites from both lines below.
