Buyer Beware

I am not the type to bash. I prefer to focus on what I like and leave the mud-slinging to others.

Unfortunately, I just experienced a case of truly bad customer service. Since I have recommended this site several times, I felt compelled to forewarn you.

A missing part of an order happens. We're only human. My concern is how well the resolution is handled, or to be specific, not handled. It took three days and four calls, all made by yours truly, to resolve the problem ... despite three promises from customer service that they would call me back with an update.

That is unacceptable by my standards. One King's Lane has beautiful pieces and some at really great prices, but I'd rather pay more, shop elsewhere, and be treated like I'm a valued customer.

You are now warned. Will I feature their sales again? What I list, I see as a recommendation, so I think that says it all.
